The Service Centre HelpDesk can also help solve your IT problems by taking over your computer.

That requires you to have an internet connection and to use the TeamViewer program. For employees with a UCN computer, the program is installed per default.

Students, course participants, etc. can be guided by the HelpDesk employee in the use of TeamViewer.
