IT and Wi-Fi

As a student at UCN you have access to a learning platform, networks and printers

When you are enrolled at UCN a user account is created for you in order to access the it systems. Some of our educations send out a letter containing the logon information (the username and password), while other educations hand over the information at start of term.

IMPORTANT
Two-factor authentication

As a part of UCN’s security procedures, you need to set up two-factor authentication on your UCN account. This procedure is required for you to use UCN's systems. Before you can start this setup, you must have received your UCN username and password. And when you start, you need to have both mobile and PC ready - and follow the guide on ucn.dk/mfaen - Here you need to choose whether to use single-use code or an APP.

Webmail

As a student at UCN you automatically gain access to a mail account in our mail-system, Outlook Webmail. You can access the mail by going to webmail.ucn.dk, and you can also locate a link to the mail from the UCN website front page, under "For Students". You can log on by using your UCN mail address and password.

It is your own responsibility to keep track of important information regarding your education, and therefore you should check your email regularly. Click here to access UCN Webmail.

The video only takes 15 minutes and reviews the systems you get to know during the first time in UCN.
