Below you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions concerning admission procedures, admission requirements etc.
A verification form is a document where your secondary education school has verified how many hours you have had e.g. in English. The school must sign and stamp the document.
You must verify the number of hours from your secondary education school. We must see if you live up to the minimum requirements regarding the number of hours.
You must only upload 1 verification form – not 2. You can use either UCN’s verification form or an agent’s verification form.
There are specific admission requirements for each of the English-taught programmes. Please check out the programme which you are interested in.
It is not allowed to add hours from 2 different subjects in order to live up to a specific admission requirement. For example, if the specific admission requirement is Mathematics Danish level B (250 hours), then you cannot add hours from mathematics and Business Economics in order to obtain the mandatory 250 hours.
15 March at 12 (noon) for the summer intake and 15 December at 12 (noon) for the winter intake. It is important that you upload before the application deadline as we will not accept any English test results after the deadline.
You can only sit for maximum 60 minutes when taking this English test. We will not accept any tests where you have used more than 60 minutes.
You must also live up to the minimum requirements of hours in English which is 210 hours during the last 3 years at the secondary education.
It is very important that you have documentation regarding work experience (contract, payslip, letter of recommendation from your employer), studies/work abroad, hobbies, sport activities etc. and that these documents are attached your application.
Please note that all documents must be translated into English.
