Programme structure
Since this is a top-up programme to the Marketing Management programme, the Professional Bachelor Degree in International Sales and Marketing is of 1.5 years’ duration distributed on three semesters:
- 1st semester – The background for a company’s sales
- 2nd semester – Business development in an international perspective
- 3rd semester – Internship and bachelor project
1st semester
On the first semester you will study the following subjects:
- The customer as the starting point
- Industry and competitors
- Innovation
Furthermore, you will also study methodology and theory of science.
2nd semester
The themes on the second semester are:
- Developing the sales base
- The tactical and operational sales performance
- Implementation and follow-up
Furthermore you will follow one elective under the supervision of UCN lecturers.
3rd semester
On the third semester you will go on an 3-month internship in a company in Denmark or abroad. This will give you the opportunity to try out theory in practice.
The semester is concluded with a bachelor project based on a practise-oriented problem and prepared in collaboration with a relevant company or business.
Period for scheduled activities
You should expect scheduled activities, such as lesson, workshops etc. in the time between 8.30 am and 5.10 pm.
