Applying for exchange within the areas 'Construction and automation' or 'IT and design'

Before you apply

Before filling out an application you need to get familiar with the general admission requirements as well as the English language requirements in the FAQ below.

You can find the courses and ECTS at the website under the specific programme. Please note that it is not possible to mix courses from different semesters and different programmes. All students need to follow the full programme and obtain the 30 ECTS that the semester offers. Erasmus+/Exchange students also need to take the exams that are planned during the semester on the programme the student will follow at UCN (on the same conditions as full degree students).

You can only complete an application form if your home university has an agreement with UCN and if you have been officially nominated by your home university. If you are unsure, please consult the International Office of your home institution.

The test takes up to one hour to complete and must be passed with an overall score of minimum 75 and also a minimum score of 75 in each subtest.

You will be informed about the details of the test upon application. Under specific circumstances, UCN may invite you for a Skype interview (this is only upon UCN's request).

English native speakers are exempted. In this case you need to obtain an official letter from your home institution confirming that you are following a fully English taught programme. This document should be uploaded along with the rest of your application.
