nemStudie (admission portal)
See if you have been offered admission to UCN by using the admission portal nemStudie
From 28 July, just after midnight, you will be able to see whether you have been offered a study place on the admission portal nemStudie.
You must confirm whether you are interested in the study place no later than 1 August at 12:00 (noon). Please be aware that you will receive important information about your start of term by email after you confirm your study place.
Please note, that after confirming, you will receive a receipt e-mail with important information about your study start with us. If you have applied for admission to the Education (teacher training) Programme, please note that the receipt e-mail contains a link to a form for you to fill in. In the form, you must notify us of the teaching subject that you would like to study.
After you have applied
If you have any questions regarding your application, you may contact the admission team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your e-mail must contain the following information:
- Your full name
- The programme you have applied for
- Your question

You can find answers to frequently asked questions about the admission portal below. If you did not find an answer to your question you are welcome to contact our International Office or a student counsellor from one of our programmes.
If you are a Danish citizen, log in using NemID. If you are not a Danish citizen or you do not have NemID, log in using your email address.
No matter the status of your application on the portal, you will not receive a final answer before 28 July. If you are admitted to one of UCN's study programmes, you will receive a notification via e-mail, and you will be able to see your admission letter in nemStudie.
Please note that it may take a while before you receive the notification.
